Herbal First Aid with Herbs & Sympathy

When you're out enjoying nature, minor injuries like cuts, burns, stings, and bruises are bound to happen. While a well-stocked first-aid kit is always recommended, sometimes you might find yourself without one. Fortunately, nature itself provides some incredible remedies. This class will introduce you to common plants that can offer relief in those situations. You will also learn about which herbs to keep in first aid kit for your next adventure.
